Optimik 2.36c

If you need to cut or shear :

- Fibreboards ... - Steel and stainless steel sheets ... - Polycarbonate boards - Glass panes - And other square materials ...

and you spend hours of work and thinking in trying to achieve the most optimum arrangement of individual parts on the material sheet surface, imagine that you can spend this time by doing what you like the best or simply more efficiently.

Imagine at the same time, that all those small cut offs, which remained in your workshop or warehouse from previous jobs and there is hardly ever any further use for them now, would join into larger pieces and they would be used in next jobs. Certainly, you will have many ideas how to spend the money saved this way.

If you multiply these imaginations by an average 90-95% efficiency of arrangement of necessary parts in few seconds, then you get a general idea about the contribution and help provided by the Optimik program.

The goal of the Optimik program is to minimize the time required to design a cutting plan compared to ”manual” designs and increase the efficiency at the same time. When creating a plan, it arranges the specified rectangular boards on as minimum number of material sheets as possible, whereas it also makes use of cut offs from previous jobs, identifies the waste as maximum usable cut offs and thus saves your time and money extensively.
